📦 Shipping Policy – Baja Music Services

At Baja Music Services, we specialize in delivering digital music services and products. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when you will receive your purchased items.
1. Digital Deliveries
Most of our services and products are delivered digitally. This includes:
- Custom compositions
- Music transcriptions
- Audio engineering services
- Stock music downloads
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive an email with download links or access instructions. Delivery times vary depending on the service:
- Audio Engineering & Transcriptions: Estimated delivery is 4 minutes of audio per week. Final files are delivered within 1 business day per 5 minutes of music after revisions.
- Custom Songs & Arrangements: Delivery timelines are discussed individually based on project scope.
2. File Submission & Collaboration
After placing your order, you may be asked to submit audio files or project notes via cloud services (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive). We also offer secure upload links upon request.
You will receive drafts for review and can request up to three revisions per project.
3. Physical Shipments
Currently, we do not offer physical shipping. All products and services are delivered electronically. If physical delivery becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
4. Shipping Fees
There are no shipping fees for digital products. All prices listed on our site include delivery via email or cloud-based platforms.
