How It Works

Start by selecting the number of instruments you’d like included in your arrangement. For example, if you’re requesting a vocal and piano duet, choose 2 instruments. Then, specify the desired duration in seconds. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

To proceed, please send an MP3 recording, score, or MIDI file of your composition to arranging@bajamusicservices.com, along with your preferences and any specific instructions for the project.

If you experience any difficulty sending files, you may request secure access to our servers. We’ll provide a direct upload link so you can transfer your materials safely and efficiently to our production network.

Our estimated production timeline is 180 seconds (3 minutes) of music per week. The first version of your arranged piece will be uploaded to our collaborative cloud platform, where you can review it, leave comments, and request up to three revisions.

Once the revision process is complete, we will deliver a high-resolution final mix within 3 business days for every 180 seconds of music, along with individual audio stems and PDF scores—giving you full creative control over your music.
